While shareholders expect and demand a return on their investment, profit-making without a foundation of ethics and integrity is ultimately a recipe for failure. In fact, studies have shown that companies that operate with a culture of integrity outperform their competitors. While laws and regulations set the framework for what every company must do, the most successful companies focus every day on what they should do. And there is growing demand for young professionals who want to help organizations develop and nurture a culture of integrity in their organizations.
Come learn more about how to instill and maintain a culture of integrity in an organization from the Ethics & Compliance leader of one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies – VF Corporation.
