Jay Cooper is Chairman and CEO of Green Hills Partners, a Nashville-based single-family office focused on sourcing and executing private investments in the Southeast region of the United States. He also serves as a board member, director, and chairman of several health, wellness, and medical companies and service providers.

Jay graduated with a degree in business and a minor in computer science from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. He has remained engaged with his alma mater, serving on the Alumni Council board and helping to develop and support the Center for the Study of Capitalism.

He and his wife Hillary are actively involved in numerous philanthropic activities through their family foundation. The Cooper Foundation is focused on healthcare, education, and conservation initiatives as well as helping to broaden the global understanding and emphasizing the importance of the free enterprise system.

As a champion for free markets and mission-driven and philanthropic organizations, Jay offers his expertise in strategic and financial planning to the CSC.
